How enquiry information is handled
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide so NEXT LEAD can review and respond to your request. The form uses security controls and stores accepted submissions in the project's protected database.
Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, contact number, optional business or brand name, service interest, optional budget range, message, consent record and technical security information needed to protect the form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, plan appropriate next steps and protect the website from spam or abuse.
Services involved
Accepted enquiries are stored in Supabase. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse, and Vercel hosts the website and server-side submission endpoint. These providers process technical information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Access and security
Public visitors cannot read submitted enquiries. Access is limited through authenticated administration, database policies and server-side credentials that are not exposed to the browser.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. Requests to access, correct or delete personal information require an approved privacy contact and will be handled subject to applicable law and verified identity.
Owner and legal approval, the responsible business identity, an approved privacy contact, retention periods and applicable jurisdiction are still required before this draft can be treated as final legal policy.
